A completely redesigned 249.9cc engine with a higher 15.5:1 compression ratio and a 14,500rpm rev limit, fed by an advanced intake and fuel-injection system.
Engineered to Respond
A new oval throttle body, revised intake layout and redesigned valve train combine for sharper, more immediate throttle response.
Intelligent Control
The new Vitesco M4C engine management system handles ignition, fuelling and gear-dependent mapping, with knock-control technology built in. A redesigned shift drum reduces shift effort, and the quickshifter strategy has been updated.
Top-Feed Advantage
A redesigned airbox improves airflow and filtration while better protecting against dust, mud and water. The top-feed fuel injector sits further upstream in the intake tract, feeding a 44mm Dell'Orto EFI throttle body.
02. Chassis & Handling
Connected Feel
The frame is around 500g lighter than the previous generation, with revised stiffness, new engine mounts and a glossy white powder-coat finish.
Purposeful Construction
At just 1.23kg, the aluminium subframe is the lightest ever fitted to a Husqvarna Factory Edition, paired with a new die-cast aluminium swingarm.
Rider First
Narrower bodywork, a ProTaper handlebar with a Husqvarna-specific bend and CNC-machined Factory Racing triple clamps put the rider in full control.
Advanced WP Suspension
48mm WP XACT Closed-Cartridge spring forks and a revised WP XACT rear shock with a shortened suspension concept. Compression and rebound can be adjusted by hand, with no tools needed.

Built to Support Performance
Clearly marked adjustment points, easier access to components, refined service procedures, revised wiring routes and integrated set-up references make maintenance quicker and simpler.
Brembo Performance
Brembo braking components with updated rear pads for a smoother initial bite and less rear-wheel lock-up. The revised rear brake lever gives better feedback, and its tip adjusts 5mm forwards or backwards.

04. Electronics
Map Select Switch
One multifunction button with colour-coded indicators: green for the stronger, more aggressive map and blue for a softer setting. The same switch also operates traction control, the quickshifter and launch control.
Mapping
Two engine maps, each with individual mapping for every gear.
Quickshifter
Clutchless upshifts from second gear upwards, with a revised ECU strategy for faster, smoother shifts and less load on the drivetrain.
Traction Control
Monitors throttle input and how quickly engine speed rises, cutting power to the rear wheel when excessive wheelspin is detected. Selected via the Map Select Switch.
Launch Control
Manages power during hard acceleration off the gate, reducing wheelspin to keep maximum traction at the start.
05. Warranty & Support
Premium Manufacturer's Warranty
Up to one year of cover, provided the bike is used as intended, the owner's manual is followed and scheduled services are carried out by an authorised Husqvarna dealer. Standard manufacturer's warranty conditions from the delivery certificate still apply. Valid from model year 2027 for all offroad models and the FS 450.
