Overview
With a 17″ front wheel and 14″ rear wheel, this compact version of the TC 85 bridges the gap between the TC 65 and the larger TC 85. The modern 85 cc 2-stroke engine delivers best-in-class performance, with power adjustable via two pre-set maps. Adjustable WP suspension and a light, agile chassis enhance on-track performance. The build is completed with a premium selection of race-tested parts from Formula, Galfer, Neken, Pankl, and Twin Air.
Performance
Engine: Employing the latest 2-stroke tech, the engine leads its class in performance. Customizable performance comes courtesy of two engine maps, paired with a close-ratio six-speed gearbox and hydraulic clutch.
Chassis
Frame: Constructed with hydro-formed chromium molybdenum steel, it offers strength with agile flex. The engine is positioned for optimal stability and improved cornering.
Foot Pegs: New, larger pegs enhance grip and shed mud more efficiently. A refined mounting design reduces the chance of snagging in ruts, maintaining momentum.

Graphics & Bodywork: The bike features ergonomic, scaled bodywork tailored for 85 cc riders and striking in-mold graphics inspired by Swedish design heritage.
Brakes: Equipped with floating Formula calipers and Galfer discs—typically 240 mm upfront and 220 mm at the rear—ensuring strong, dependable stopping power.
Wheels & Tires: Lightweight Black Excel rims (17″ front, 14″ rear) are laced to CNC-machined hubs and ride on Maxxis Maxxcross MX-ST tyres for traction, stability, and predictable handling.
Handlebars & Grips: Tapered black anodized Neken bars with modern bends offer better vibration damping, paired with secure ODI grips.
Technology
Airbox & Cooling: Features a new airbox design with inlet ducts and a Twin Air filter for easy, tool-free access behind the left side panel. Pankl radiators, downsized from full-size bikes, circulate coolant through the cylinder and crankcases; a threaded cap allows simple coolant level checks.
Swingarm: One-piece die-cast design improves strength and reduces weight. Features chain adjustment markers and a durable guide/slider to protect against debris.
Exhaust: Seamless headers and optimized geometry improve flow. Finished with a sleek, black-anodized silencer.
