Fantic Expands Its E-MTB Range with Sierra, Ridge and New Rhapsody

The Sierra and Ridge launch marks a significant step in Fantic’s partnership with Bosch. Both platforms use the Performance Line CX Gen 5 motor, which Fantic specifies as configurable up to 120 Nm of torque, alongside an 800 Wh battery. The aim is to combine strong climbing assistance with the control needed when the trail turns downhill.

The carbon-framed Sierra offers 160 mm of front suspension travel and 155 mm at the rear. Available in Sport, Race and Factory specifications, it also features an adjustable frame setup that accommodates either a 29-inch or 27.5-inch rear wheel. This gives riders a choice between matching wheel sizes and a mixed-wheel configuration to suit their preferred handling.

For riders looking for an aluminium alternative, Ridge comes in two forms. The Trail version offers 150 mm of suspension travel, while the All Mountain increases that to 170 mm for rougher terrain. Both are offered in Sport and Race specifications, providing different equipment options within the same model family.

Taking the range into more demanding enduro territory is the new Rhapsody. Its full-carbon frame combines a Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 5 motor and integrated 800 Wh battery with 180 mm of front suspension travel. A 29-inch front wheel and 27.5-inch rear wheel pair rollover capability with room to move on steep descents.

Fantic has also developed Rhapsody’s suspension layout to keep the rear suspension active under braking, with motor and battery placement focused on balanced weight distribution. It’s a purpose-built addition for riders whose favourite routes involve technical lines and challenging terrain.
